HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

We aim to ship within 24 hours but because most of our earrings are made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for an update to your shipping status.  I have 3 children that sometimes make immediate production impossible.  Those that get it, get it.  Typical transit time for USPS First class is 5-7 days after the post office has received your order.  If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out to us via the contact form.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

YES!  If you have a special event coming up such as a wedding, bachelorette party, or just want something just as unique as you are, use the contact form and put “CUSTOM INQUIRY” in the comment box along with the date that you need them by! I will reach out ASAP  Custom order pricing starts at $30 and increases depending on the amount of pieces needed and detail. All custom order sales are final and we reserve the right to deny production due to availability, materials, content, etc.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY EARRINGS?

All of our earrings are waterproof, meaning that you can wash them with soap and water!  The best way to get makeup or dirt off of the pieces, is to use a damp cloth or paper towel with some warm water and soap.  Be careful with 3D elements when cleaning as too much  pressure may cause damage.

DO NOT use nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to clean them, it will damage the integrity of the earring and can cause fading or discoloration. 

EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE

If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed
